Tours

In spring and fall, we hold periodic farm tours. Tours are generally held on Sunday mornings, cost $5/person and include lots of time to pet and hug goats, a chance to milk a goat, and a cheese and cracker party in the pasture. Tours last 90 minutes and are entirely outdoors. Sturdy, closed toe shoes are required. Sunscreen is recommended. The comfort of our guests is important, but the comfort of our goats is MORE important, so tours will not be held in  rain or excess cold/heat. Note that we do not have a public restroom, but there are great, clean ones at the big Buc-ees in Waller.

If you would like to arrange a private tour for a large group (20+ people) for your school, scout or other organization, please email us to inquire. Please be aware that Saturday tours are not an option, as that is our Farmers Market day.

Sunday, february 19 - 11:00 a.m.

As with all of our events, this tour is weather dependent and will not be held if there is rain. It will also not b held if temperatures do not reach 50°. Please RSVP via email with the number of people in your group to secure your spot.

Cheese classes

A few times a year we offer an Introduction to Cheese Making class, here at the farm. We discuss basic concepts and make two simple cheeses, paneer and ricotta, which we eat as prepared dishes. Classes are $45 and BYOB. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of a weather cancellation. Class size is limited and classes sell out quickly.
